NOTE: If your card is lost or stolen, you should immediately call the M&T Telephone Banking Center at (800) 724-1552, or stop into a branch to report the incident.
What happens after I submit the request?
If all information provided is correct, you should expect to receive your card within 7 to 9 days. We will call you if the information you provide does not match what we have in our records.
The check card will be mailed to the address that is listed for your M&T checking account.
Your card number and Personal Identification Number (PIN) will remain the same.
