One simple call to (800) 724-2440 puts you in touch with M&T. You can use the touch-tone service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to conduct your banking, including everyday activities like:

Obtaining account balances and transactions that have posted
Transfer funds between linked M&T accounts
Make a stop payment request*
Change your PIN

In addition, if you need to speak with one of our customer service representatives, they are available from 6am-9pm, Monday to Friday, and from 9am-5pm Saturday and Sunday.
