Customer Profile:

We provide financing to manufacturers, distributors, retailers and service companies with revenues from $15 million to $3 billion in a broad array of industries. Our geographic reach extends from Boston to Chicago to Atlanta with particular focus in the Mid-Atlantic States, New York and New Jersey.

Loan Profile:

Our credit facilities range from $5 million to $50 million with the capability to syndicate larger transactions. Facilities include secured revolving lines of credit with maturities of 3 to 5 years, which can include seasonal over advances and special buy accommodations as warranted. For those clients with requirements beyond traditional working capital, we offer Term A secured loans and Term B undersecured loans that we can customize to your cash flows.

If the capital structure warrants, we also offer a second lien product, which is a more attractive alternative than traditional subordinated debt. Loans are secured by accounts receivable, inventory, equipment and real estate as well as forms of intellectual property with a subscribed market value.
